• Design and Planning: Detailed plans were developed in collaboration with Acadia International School, considering factors like pool size, depth variations, competition lanes entry points (stairs or ladders), and compliance with Ugandan safety regulations for school swimming pools.
• Material Selection: Durable and easy-to-maintain materials were chosen for pool construction, considering local weather conditions, aesthetics, and suitability for heavy student use.
• Pool Construction: Skilled professionals constructed the deck-level pool, ensuring adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and specific requirements for school swimming facilities.
